Who we are
Hit Jerky is a premium beef jerky brand operated by Creative Ecomm LLC. We sell directly to customers through this store, and we run a commission-based fundraising program for sports teams, schools and youth organizations.
How our jerky is made
Every bag is made from premium beef brisket in a USDA-certified facility in Florida. The brisket is slow-marinated, hand-cut against the grain, and dried low and slow in small batches. The ingredient list is short on purpose: beef, gluten-free tamari, brown sugar, garlic, hickory smoke, Worcestershire, lemon juice and pepper. No preservatives and no fillers.

Fundraising for teams
Alongside our retail store, we partner with sports teams and youth organizations. Each team gets its own link and earns a commission on every bag sold through it, with no upfront cost and no inventory to manage. Details are on our Virtual Fundraising page.
